sign up period
Last chance to sign up to receive the current month's mail is the 19th (unless marked sold)
ex.sign up between april 20 - may 19th will receive may mail as first mail and on-ward
processing time
Mail is sent out during the 19-20th of each month. If you sign up at the beginning of the month, please keep in mind that your order will still be shipped during the designated mailing period above. Thank you for your patience
Shipping time
All mail will be ship by stamp. Therefore, tracking will be unavailable. Below are the estimate arrival time, please allow extra time as stamp shipping can be delay.
Domestic: 1-2 weeks, International: 2-5 weeks
Billing
After initial payment, monthy subscribtion will be charge on the same day of the month you made your subscribtion. If payment failed, you will be notified and given a deadlines to re-try your payment again, after the period, payment will be automatically cancel.
Change address/cancel subscribtion
To cancel, making change in your subscription, please log in to you customer portal or kindly email me at naivethingss@gmail.com
return/refund
Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer refunds for lost mail or orders cancelled due to a change of mind. If your mail is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can arrange one replacement for a small fee.
Please refer to the estimated shipping times listed above. If your mail has not arrived after the estimated delivery period from the date it was sent, kindly contact me via email or direct message so I can help arrange a replacement.
