Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Naive Things Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Orders are processed shortly after billing. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. This includes any items already prepared or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it is considered final and non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but please reach out if you experience any issues with your delivery.
